What's going on?
- Today, we played real hockey games in Phys Ed
- For writing, we practiced adding detail to our writing, using the show don't tell strategy. Ask me about this!!
- In Math, we answered practice questions about simplifying fractions. This was applying previous skills to a new topic, if questions were not completed they were sent home. Please continue to practice multiplication facts, as they will be related to most of our math topics for the remainder of the year.
- In Science, we learned about Polaris and Orion, and how they can help us navigate and find our way. This was especially useful for European Explorers!
-Don't forget to book conferences!!
ATTENTION: Students are bringing home the Parental Notification and Opt-in Consent letter.
